Summer Parade workshops start next week in Blackburn Market and lots more in the What’s On Guide

The Festival of Light Summer Parade takes place on Sunday 1st September 2019. Join in the end of summer celebration.

Drummers, dancers, street bands, colourful costumes, giant puppets, stilt walkers, circus skills and more will fill the town centre streets with colour and music in a huge community celebration.

Blackburn Market is hosting workshops in the week before the event and it is a great way for you to take part.
